Principles

Corporate Culture - Every automotive related company has a distinct corporate culture.  One of our first objectives is to reflect to automotive candidates correctly the corporate culture of the client

Job Specification – Stated objectives of the open position are critical to our understanding but if possible we also interview stakeholders including supervisors, colleagues and if possible subordinates. We believe sometimes it is those hidden requirements that are critical to identifying the ideal candidate.

Confidentiality – Parkford & Associates follows standards, practices and ethics for search professionals, and guarantees confidentiality as required for both our clients, and candidates.

Search Process – This includes an original research effort where we identify all possible prospective candidates within a designated geography. Roughly within two to three weeks we will typically have identified 80% of the potential candidates available. Then through interviews, reference checks and candidate comparisons we submit a short list of high potential candidates. Along the way we communicate on a regular basis on the progress of the assignment meeting or exceeding a pre-established timeline.
